On the back of significant development, Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resorts’ offering expanded to include over 35 world-class facilities spanning health, recreation and entertainment, but the brand hadn’t kept up.

Despite this enviable offering for Generation Active, a segment of Over 50s who are highly motivated to get the most out of life, downsizing is still viewed as a balancing act where the benefits must be weighed up against the sacrifices.

Whilst other brands attempt to downplay these compromises, our strategy was to focus on the category entry point that was buried beneath these barriers; “Where is the best place for the best stage in life?”

Firmly positioning Tuart Lakes as that destination, Live Big is all about showing the positive effect a rich tapestry of unmatched resort facilities and an active community can have on your state of mind. The new brand identity and creative platform unashamedly celebrates the enviable lifestyle and endless opportunities on offer for Tuart Lakes homeowners to enjoy.
