Uncovering a rare find in Ballarat

Lucas Lifestyle Estate, a stunning boutique Over 50s community, offers homeowners a carefully curated balance of everyday luxuries while staying true to the heart of Ballarat. To share this unique offering with potential buyers, we developed a new brand identity and creative platform called ‘Rare Finds.’

The new brand identity features golden highlights, arch motifs, and a flowing serif font, all of which embody this fresh, premium positioning and give a nod to the heritage of the area. These design elements evoke a sense of elegance and discovery, mirroring the Estate's promise of an exceptional lifestyle.

To launch the new platform, we created a heartwarming TV spot titled ‘A Rare Tale.’ It shares the stories of new homeowners discovering their own rare finds at Lucas. The commercial is now airing on TVs across regional Victoria, inviting viewers to explore the unique opportunities awaiting them at Lucas Lifestyle Estate.
